Loo Foh Sang honed his printmaking skills in 1967 under Stanley William Hayter, founder of the renowned printmaking workshop, Atelier 17, in Paris. Loo is known as the Father of Malaysian Printmaking, Loo Foh Sang has had an expansive and remarkable career spanning five decades and counting. His works are collected by museums all over Europe and Asia including the Bibliotheque Nationale de Paris, Bibliotheque Royale de Belgique , Montreal Museum and Kuala Lumpur's National Visual Arts Gallery.
A compilation of about 50 works by Loo Foh Sang - silkscreen prints. Here we also see his silkscreen printmaking process which he developed over the years, mastering the technique to design and create each artwork within minutes.
